Cost Underruns definition

Cost Underruns means Authorized Improvements Costs that are less than the Budgeted Cost set forth in the SAP.
Cost Underruns means Public Improvement Project Costs that are less than the budgeted cost set forth in the Service and Assessment Plans.

  • Cost Underruns: The State reserves the right to recapture all CDBG-MIT funds remaining due to cost underruns.

  • Upon receipt of all acceptance letters from the City for the Public Improvements within an improvement category as set forth in the Service and Assessment Plan, any Cost Underruns from that category may be released to pay for Cost Overruns in another improvement category, as approved by the City.
