Cost Sharing Formula definition

Cost Sharing Formula means, when the Councils are responsible for the cost
Cost Sharing Formula means the cost sharing formula for Police Services, Fire Services, Ambulance Services and Municipal Services set out in Schedule C, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;
Cost Sharing Formula means the cost sharing formula for Company Services set out in Schedule C attached hereto, as amended or replaced from time to time in the manner permitted by this Agreement;

  • Franchisee shall extend Cable Service to potential Subscribers upon request where the density standards of Section 3.2 are not satisfied in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Line Extension Cost Sharing Formula attached hereto as Exhibit D which Exhibit D is incorporated herein by reference.

  • Franchisee shall also extend service if Town, or any other governmental authority, agrees to pay the cost of the extension that a customer would be required to bear under the Line Extension Cost Sharing Formula.

Related to Cost Sharing Formula

  • Cost sharing means the respective share of Total Project Costs to be contributed by the Applicant and by DOE. The percentage of Applicant Cost Share is to be applied to the Total Project Cost (i.e., the sum of Applicant plus DOE Cost Shares) rather than to the DOE contribution alone.

  • Cost Savings has the meaning assigned to it in the definition of “Consolidated EBITDA”.

  • Enrollee point-of-service cost-sharing or "cost-sharing" means amounts paid to health carriers directly providing services, health care providers, or health care facilities by enrollees and may include copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles.
