Corporation and Warrant Agent May be Represented. The Corporation and the Warrant Agent, by their respective directors, officers, agents, and employees and the Counsel for the Corporation and for the Warrant Agent may attend any meeting of the Registered Warrantholders.
Corporation and Warrant Agent May be Represented. The Corporation and the Warrant Agent, by their respective officers or directors, and the legal advisers of the Corporation and the Warrant Agent, may attend any meeting of the Holders, and shall be recognized and given reasonable opportunity to speak to any resolutions proposed for consideration by the meeting, but shall not be entitled to vote thereat, whether in respect of any Warrants held by them or otherwise.
