Common use of Corporation and Warrant Agent May be Represented Clause in Contracts

Corporation and Warrant Agent May be Represented. The Corporation and the Warrant Agent, by their respective officers, directors, agents or employees, and the legal advisers of the Corporation and the Warrant Agent, may attend any meeting of the Holders, and shall be recognized and given reasonable opportunity to speak to any resolutions proposed for consideration by the meeting, but shall not be entitled to vote thereat, whether in respect of any Warrants held by them or otherwise.

Corporation and Warrant Agent May be Represented. The Corporation and the Warrant Agent, by their respective directors, officers, directors, agents or employees, and employees and the legal advisers of Counsel for the Corporation and for the Warrant Agent, may attend any meeting of the Holders, and shall be recognized and given reasonable opportunity to speak to any resolutions proposed for consideration by the meetingWarrantholders, but shall not be entitled to have no vote thereat, whether as such unless they are acting in respect of any Warrants held by them their capacity as a Warrantholder or otherwisea proxy for a Warrantholder.
