Corporate Commission definition

Corporate Commission means a body corporate and politic established, at the Band's discretion, by the Pokagon Council to own the Enterprise and such other businesses and assets as the Band may deem appropriate.

  • The Band may not assign its rights under this Agreement; except that the Band may, without the consent of Lakes, but subject to approval by the Secretary of the Interior or the Chairman of the NIGC or his authorized representative, if required, assign this Agreement and the assets of the Enterprise to a Corporate Commission or other instrumentality of the Band organized to conduct the business of the Project and the Enterprise for the Band that assumes all obligations herein.
