Copromotion definition

Copromotion means the right of Palatin, consistent with the allocation of responsibilities under the Marketing Plan, to the extent amended pursuant to Section 5.1, to copromote with King, Product in any legal manner in the Territory to the urology specialty only.
Copromotion means those activities normally undertaken by a pharmaceutical company's sales force to implement marketing plans and strategies aimed at encouraging the appropriate use of a particular prescription pharmaceutical product.
