Bagré Development Authority definition

Bagré Development Authority and “BDA” means the public enterprise known as “Maitrise d’Ouvrage de Bagré (MOB)”, established by the Recipient as an administrative public enterprise (établissement public à caractère administratif) pursuant to the BDA Legislation and operating under the laws of the Recipient; as said enterprise shall be restructured pursuant to the provisions of Section I.A.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
