Cooperating Agencies definition
Cooperating Agencies or "Agencies" shall mean the parties cooperating hereto, and "Agency" shall mean any one of the agencies.

Comments and Responses on the Draft Plan - EA: The public comment period on the Draft Plan-EA was from October 25, 2021, through December 24, 2021. A total of eighteen comments were received from six individuals, and 3 units of government (USCAE, NDSHPO and the Red River Retention Authority). These comments were considered, however none of them was considered substantive to the results of the Environmental Assessment (See Appendix A).
