Conveyance Transaction definition

Conveyance Transaction means any of the Brookdale Merger, the CCRC Merger or the FEBC Merger.
Conveyance Transaction means a transaction involving a Deed or Lease from the Current Owner of Record to a Grantee, and includes any mortgage financing to be secured by the real property at the settlement.
