Conventional Milk definition

Conventional Milk means all Milk produced at or in respect of the Farm that is not Organic Milk and includes:

Examples of Conventional Milk in a sentence

  • During the Term of this Agreement, the Supplier agrees to continually supply all of the Supplier's Organic and Conventional Milk to ACM and ACM agrees to buy all of the Supplier's Milk which meets or exceeds ACM’s Quality Standards as specified in clause 6 of this Agreement.

  • If, for any reason, Milk supplied under this Agreement does not meet any of the conditions associated with the supply of Organic Milk, Supplier will supply Conventional Milk to ACM.

  • ACM pays a higher price for Organic Milk, as compared to Conventional Milk, with regard to its specialised nature and to the market demand for organic milk derived products.

  • Conventional filtration treatment means a series of processes including coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, and filtration resulting in substantial particulate removal.

  • Conventional service and filing means service and filing of documents pursuant to the CCP and CRC absent these E-Filing Rules, i.e. using paper format.
