Controlled Products definition

Controlled Products means Products that may be purchased from a Distributor only by Partners that meet HPE specified criteria and/or qualifications and that are authorized by HPE to resell these Products by signing an additional Addendum. Controlled Products include, but are not limited to, Enterprise Servers, Enterprise Storage or Qualified Software Products. You may resell Controlled Products to end-user customers only.
Controlled Products means any products, substances, materials, or wastes that are banned, being phased out, regulated or restricted under any applicable law
Controlled Products means the portion of the products of plant origin, including fruit and vegetables, listed in the third column of Annex I, the products obtained from those products after drying or processing and the composite foods in which they are included;

More Definitions of Controlled Products

Controlled Products. “Controlled Distribution” or “A” means Products sourced and sold through a narrow distribution environment determined exclusively at the discretion of HP as set forth at the Partnership Website. Controlled Products may only be sold by those Business Development Partners that meet any HP-specified criteria and/or qualifications and that are authorized by HP to sell such Products. Controlled Products may not be sold through an internet reselling motion.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.
