Controlled Documents definition

Controlled Documents means a document (which may be held on CD-Rom or in any other format) which is identified in this Contract as a "Controlled Document" and that may only be amended through the Document Change Procedure;
Controlled Documents. Means documents issued by Supplier’s document control group that are revised and distributed in an organized and controlled manner to ensure document change control. The paper copy with original signatures maintained in such document’s master file is the “master” Controlled Document.

Examples of Controlled Documents in a sentence

  • In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Contract (excluding the Controlled Documents) and any Controlled Document, the provisions of this Contract (excluding the Controlled Documents) shall take precedence.

  • Changes to Controlled Documents shall be recorded by issuing a new version of the relevant Controlled Document, signed by the authorized representative referred to in Paragraph 10.3, to all appropriate Personnel of both Parties.

Controlled Documents include any means of conveying technical and procedural information wherein the intended user must be assured of having access to the current approved version of that information. A master list of controlled documents is maintained that specifies the latest revision and effective date. Controlled documents are distributed electronically and/or manually. Appropriate documents are available at locations where operations essential to the effective functioning of the QMS are performed.
Controlled Documents means a controlled document is any digital or hard-copy entity which is required by a company, a standards organization, or a regulatory agency to be managed within a tightly controlled process that maintains the integrity of the document's content through revisions; Corporate Change means: Event" any change of Control of the Supplier or a Parent Undertaking of the Supplier; any change of Control of any member of the Supplier Group which, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, could have a material adverse effect on the Services; any change to the business of the Supplier or any member of the Supplier Group which, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, could have a material adverse effect on the Services; a Class 1 Transaction taking place in relation to the shares of the Supplier or any Parent Undertaking of the Supplier whose shares are listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange plc; an event that could reasonably be regarded as being equivalent to a Class 1 Transaction taking place in respect of the Supplier or any Parent Undertaking of the Supplier; payment of dividends by the Supplier or the ultimate Parent Undertaking of the Supplier Group exceeding 25% of the Net Asset Value of the Supplier or the ultimate Parent Undertaking of the Supplier Group respectively in any 12-month period; an order is made, or an effective resolution is passed for the winding up of any member of the Supplier Group; any member of the Supplier Group stopping payment of its debts generally or becoming unable to pay its debts within the meaning of section 123(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986 or any member of the Supplier Group ceasing to carry on all or substantially all its business, or any compromise, composition, arrangement or agreement being made with creditors of any member of the Supplier Group; the appointment of a receiver, administrative receiver or administrator in respect of or over all or a material part of the undertaking or assets of any member of the Supplier Group; and/or any process or events with an effect analogous to those in Paragraphs (e) to (g) inclusive above occurring to a member of the Supplier Group in a jurisdiction outside England and Wales;
Controlled Documents means the master batch record, SOPs and other quality-controlled documents applicable or referenced for the Manufacture of Product.

Related to Controlled Documents

  • Required Documents (not attached) means documents to support Contractor’s representations in Section 1.1 of the General Terms and Conditions and documents required of Contractor on the Cover.

  • Controlled Entities means those entities (including special purpose entities) over which another party has the power to govern, directly or indirectly, decision making in relation to financial and operating policies, so as to require that entity to conform with such controlling party’s objectives;

  • Specified Documents means, with respect to any Property File, each document listed in the definition of “Property File”.

  • L/C Related Documents has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(b)(i).

  • Assigned Documents has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.12.
