In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Contract (excluding the Controlled Documents) and any Controlled Document, the provisions of this Contract (excluding the Controlled Documents) shall take precedence.

Changes to Controlled Documents shall be recorded by issuing a new version of the relevant Controlled Document, signed by the authorized representative referred to in Paragraph 10.3, to all appropriate Personnel of both Parties.
