CONTROL LINE definition

CONTROL LINE means a line by reference to which a vehicle is timed or its performance in a competition is determined.
CONTROL LINE means a line on either side of a highway or part of a highway beyond the building line fixed in respect of such highway or part by a notification under sub-section (1) of section 7;

CONTROL LINE means a line on either side of a state road or part of a state road beyond the building line as may be determined by the state road authority under section 13.
