Contractual Term Maturity Date definition

Contractual Term Maturity Date means the last day of the Contractual Term period. If the Letter does not set out a specific Contractual Term period but rather refers to a period of time up to which the Contractual Term Maturity Date can occur, the Bank and the Borrower must agree on a Contractual Term Maturity Date before first drawdown, which Contractual Term Maturity Date will be set out in the Rate and Payments Terms Notice.

Related to Contractual Term Maturity Date

  • Initial Maturity Date means the earlier of (i) December 1, 2015 (the "Scheduled Initial Maturity Date"), and (ii) the date on which the unpaid principal balance of this Note becomes due and payable by acceleration or otherwise pursuant to the Loan Documents or the exercise by Lender of any right or remedy thereunder.

  • Facility Maturity Date means the earliest to occur of (i) the Stated Maturity Date, (ii) the date of the declaration, or automatic occurrence, of the Facility Maturity Date pursuant to Section 7.01, (iii) the Collection Date and (iv) the occurrence of the termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 2.18(b) hereof.

  • Extended Maturity Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(c) hereof.
