Contract Stream definition

Contract Stream means the following two categories of Acceptable Recyclable Materials as sorted by the Partner Municipality as more particularly described in Schedule “A” into Mixed Paper Fibres and Mixed Containers.
Contract Stream means the two categories of Acceptable Recyclables as sorted by the Contractor as more particularly described in Appendix “E” into Mixed Paper Fibres and Mixed Containers.

Related to Contract Stream

  • Contract Services means the Services to be supplied by the Supplier to the Customer as set out in the Letter of Appointment;

  • Distribution center means a building or structure used primarily for the storage of goods which are intended for subsequent shipment to retail outlets. Distribution center does not mean a building or structure used primarily to store raw agricultural products, used primarily by a manufacturer to store goods to be used in the manufacturing process, used primarily for the storage of petroleum products, or used for the retail sale of goods.

  • Intermittent stream means a well-defined channel that contains water for only part of the year, typically during winter and spring when the aquatic bed is below the water table. The flow may be heavily supplemented by stormwater runoff. An intermittent stream often lacks the biological and hydrological characteristics commonly associated with the continuous conveyance of water.

  • Contract Start Date means the date specified in your Contract for Signature as

  • energy storage means, in the electricity system, deferring the final use of electricity to a moment later than when it was generated, or the conversion of electrical energy into a form of energy which can be stored, the storing of such energy, and the subsequent reconversion of such energy into electrical energy or use as another energy carrier;
