Contract Data Requirement definition

Contract Data Requirement means a data requirement referred to in the Schedule of Requirements the format and content of which is set out or referenced in DEFFORM 315.

Related to Contract Data Requirement

  • Technical Requirements means the Technical Requirements in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.
