Content Object definition

Content Object. One item of content like an article, a folder, a picture, a user or a movie managed by the eZ Platform in the content database. Describing attributes like author, title, subtitle etc. belonging to the Content Object. A single Content Object can have different translations and versions. One and the same object can be used and displayed in several channels and contexts – i.e. one picture, used in different publications is still regarded as one Content Object. Customer: As stated in the Order Form. Customer Contact: A person authorized by the Customer to act on its behalf for the purposes of the Agreement and identified in the Order Form or subsequently identified to Ibexa by written notice from the Customer. Customer Data: Content or other data inputted by the Customer, Authorized Users, or Ibexa on the Customer’s behalf for the purpose of using the Products or facilitating the Customer’s use of the Products. Customer Developments: Modifications to the Software (other than the Protected Software) and new applications relying on Ibexa’s application programming interface(s), which are developed by or on behalf of the Customer. Effective Date: The date set forth in the Order Form. eZ Platform: The digital experience platform software incorporated in the Ibexa Software. Ibexa: Such company in the Ibexa group as is stated in the Order Form as being the party contracting with the Customer under the Agreement. Features: Features and functions which may be available as part of the Products, from time to time, whether as standard or optional offerings. Fees: The Subscription Fees and all other fees and expenses stated in the Agreement as being payable by the Customer as set forth in the Order Form. Hosting Subscription Services: The services described in Clause 3.0 of this Agreement.
