Contact Authority definition

Contact Authority means the official body or competentauthority designated by one Party as responsible for liaising asappropriate with the contact authority of the other Party;
Contact Authority means an authority responsible for coordinating certain communication between the Parties, as set out in Clause 4.3 (b).

Examples of Contact Authority in a sentence

  • In any event shall the Parties inform the other Parties (through respective Contact Authority) prior to issuing any such public statement.

  • The Parties shall promptly inform each other (through respective Contact Authority) of material changes to their crisis management or Resolution frameworks.

Related to Contact Authority

  • Contract Authority means the Board of Supervisors or the head of the department or agency presenting the proposed contract to the Board of Supervisors.
