Consumer-Professional definition

Consumer-Professional means a natural person who enters into an Agreement directly in connection with their business activity (and therefore being an Entrepreneur), if the content of the Agreement shows that it does not have a professional character for them, resulting in particular from the subject of their business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions of the Central Register and Information on Business Activity;

  • Consumer product means a chemically formulated product used by household and institutional consumers including, but not limited to, detergents; cleaning compounds; polishes; floor finishes; cosmetics; personal care products; home, lawn, and garden products; disinfectants; sanitizers; aerosol paints; and automotive specialty products; but does not include other paint products, furniture coatings, or architectural coatings. As used in this article, the term “consumer product” shall also refer to aerosol adhesives, including aerosol adhesives used for consumer, industrial, and commercial uses.

  • Consumer Protection Act means the Consumer Protection Act, No 68 of 2008;

  • Healthcare Professional means any member of the medical, dental, pharmacy or nursing professions or any other person who in the course of his or her professional activities may prescribe, recommend, purchase, supply, or administer a pharmaceutical product.

  • Health care professional means a physician or other health care practitioner licensed, accredited, registered, or certified to perform specified health care services consistent with state law.

  • Health professional means that term as defined in section 5883 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.5883.
