Consultation Procedure definition

Consultation Procedure means the procedure by which Chief Officers may consult with one or more specified members before exercising a delegated power or duty, in accordance with the Scheme of delegation.
Consultation Procedure means the procedure set out in Schedule 11. “Contractor” means any agent or contractor of the Local Government.
Consultation Procedure means the procedure set out in Schedule 11.

Consultation Procedure means the action taken by the Argentine Chief of Joint General Staff and the Chilean Chief of the National Defence General Staff in response to an occurrence that may disturb normal relations between the two countries, with a view to deciding on an immediate, direct and reasonable solution that will avoid further repercussions.   • Dispute Resolution Procedure means the procedure for resolution of Disputes set forth in Article 26;
