Consultation Procedure definition

Consultation Procedure means the procedure by which Chief Officers may consult with one or more specified members before exercising a delegated power or duty, in accordance with the Scheme of delegation.
Consultation Procedure means the procedure set out in Schedule 11. “Contractor” means any agent or contractor of the Local Government.

Consultation Procedure has the meaning given to it in Clause 15.1; Contract means any agreement (overeenkomst) to which a Person is a party, and any amendments thereto;
