Construction Target definition

Construction Target shall have the meaning in each Site Specific PPA.

  • Subject to Tenant Delay or Force Majeure Delay (both as defined herein), if the Landlord does not substantially complete the Improvements as set forth herein on or before the date that is sixty three (63) weeks after the Construction Target Date (the “Outside Completion Date”), then Tenant shall be entitled to two (2) days of free Base Rent for each day of delay beyond the Outside Completion Date.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
