Construction Project Manager definition

Construction Project Manager means the City employee assigned to manage the Construction Engineering and Inspection Services Agreement and represent the City during the performance of the services covered under this Agreement.
Construction Project Manager means any employee possessing the accepted level of skill, knowledge and experience as may be determined and who is assigned to the construction site or any other such place to organize, plan, control and co-ordinate the construction works from the inception to completion;
Construction Project Manager means the person so designated in writing by the Commissioner in the Notice to Proceed or the Order to Work to act as such in relation to this Contract, including a private Architect or Engineer or Project Manager or Construction Project Manager, as the case may be. For purposes of this Contract, individuals serving in these capacities shall be deemed equivalent with respect to their power and authority under this Contract.
