CONSIGNED PARTS definition

CONSIGNED PARTS. Parts placed by Federal at Hawker's facility for use in Hawker's performance of the Services. DATE OF COMPLETION: The day upon which Hawker notifies Federal that Equipment is serviceable and ready for shipment to Federal.
CONSIGNED PARTS means a mutually agreed upon inventory of spare parts to be consigned by the Service Provider to Customer in accordance with Exhibit C.

  • Consigned Inventory means Inventory of any Borrower that is in the possession of another Person on a consignment, sale or return, or other basis that does not constitute a final sale and acceptance of such Inventory.

  • Consignment means products which are either sent simultaneously from one exporter to one consignee or covered by a single transport document covering their shipment from the exporter to the consignee or, in the absence of such a document, by a single invoice;

  • Consignee means the user department of Institute to whom the goods are required to be delivered as specified in the contract. If the goods are required to be delivered to a person as an interim consignee for the purpose of despatch to another person as provided in the Contract then that “another” person is the consignee, also known as Ultimate Consignee.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • FOB means Free on Board
