Considerate Contractor Scheme definition

Considerate Contractor Scheme means a scheme regulating the manner in which construction works are carried out submitted to the Council prior to Commencement of Development and approved in writing by the Council prior to commencement of any permanent work and which shall be in accordance with the principles outlined in Schedule 4;

  • Enterprise Alternate Contract Source means a contract authorized pursuant to section 287.042(16), F.S., or approved pursuant to section 287.057(3)(b), F.S., for statewide use.

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • COVID-19 symptoms means fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea, unless a licensed health care professional determines the person’s symptoms were caused by a known condition other than COVID-19.
