Delivery Point/Inter-Connection Point/Metering Point definition

Delivery Point/Inter-Connection Point/Metering Point means the point(s) where power is injected into the grid at 33/11kV sub-station, and for installed capacity up to 2.55 MWp shall be at 11kV side and for installation capacity above 2.55 MWp, delivery point shall be at 33kV side of the concerned 33/11 kV sub-station or higher voltage sub-station with due approval of Procurer(s). Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into the 33/11kV or higher voltage sub-station.
Delivery Point/Inter-Connection Point/Metering Point means the point at the voltage level of 220 kV or above of the ISTS Sub-station including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Solar Power Projects with the substation system as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the SPD shall abide by the relevant and applicable regulations, Grid Code notified by the CERC or and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time, or orders passed thereunder by the appropriate commission or CEA. Pursuant to Article 4.2.6, all charges and losses related to Transmission of power from project up to Delivery Point (including but not limited to open access, transmission, wheeling, Unscheduled Interchange, Scheduling, Reactive power, RLDC/SLDC charges etc.) as notified by the competent authority / regulator shall be borne by the SPD and the responsibility for all transmission charges and losses and any other charges as applicable under the respective regulations beyond Delivery Point and up to the drawl point shall be as per extant regulations.
Delivery Point/Inter-Connection Point/Metering Point means a point where power is injected into grid at 33/11 kV substation, and it shall preferably be 11 kV bus bar at the 33/ 11 kV Sub-station. However, as per necessity and technical feasibility, Delivery Point can be at 33 kV bus bar of 33/11 kV or higher voltage substation with due approval of Procurer(s). Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into the 33/ 11 kV or higher voltage Substation. For interconnection with grid and metering, the SPG shall abide by the relevant and applicable regulations, Grid Code notified by the State Commission and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time, or orders passed there under by the Appropriate Commission or CEA and relevant provision of PPA.
