configuration deviation list definition

configuration deviation list means a list established by the organization responsible for the type design with the approval of the State of Design which identifies those external parts of an aircraft type that may be missing at the commencement of a flight, and which contains, where necessary, any information on associated operating limitations and performance correction;
configuration deviation list means a document developed by the aircraft manufacturer and approved by the Authority of the country of manufacture of the aircraft that covers minor items on the aircraft that may be missing or damaged, such as small access panels. This list may be adopted without change by the aircraft operator.
configuration deviation list means the list provided by the Manufacturer specifying which parts of the Aircraft can be removed without affecting the continued service of the Aircraft.

The failure of this Agreement to describe any other permit, condition, or term of restriction applicable to the Property does not relieve Developer of the necessity of complying with the same.
