Condominium Structure definition

Condominium Structure means a residential, commercial, or mixed-use structure consisting of two or more units that share common walls and are capable of being offered as for-sale residential condominium units or for-sale nonresidential condominium units, with each such unit having its own separate Assessor’s Parcel Number. Condominium Structures include such structures that met the statutory definition of a condominium contained in Civil Code Section 4125.
