Conditional trade waste definition

Conditional trade waste means a trade waste discharge that does not comply with one or more of the physical and chemical characteristics set out in Schedule 1 and/or has a maximum volume of trade waste of more than 5000L/day, but which does not have any characteristics of a prohibited trade waste defined in Schedule 2.
Conditional trade waste means Trade Waste which has conditions placed upon the Consent Holder by the COUNCIL.
Conditional trade waste means any trade waste that does not comply with the physical or chemical characteristics of permitted trade waste set out in Schedule 1, but which does not have any characteristics of prohibited trade waste.
