Conditional Right definition

Conditional Right has the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(a).

  • AGM understands and is able to bear any economic risks associated with its investment in the Closing AHL Shares and Conditional Right Shares (including the necessity of holding such shares for an indefinite period of time and including an entire loss of its investment in the Closing AHL Shares and Conditional Right Shares).

  • Whenever the term “Tenant” is used in this Article 33 that term shall also refer to a Permitted Transferee whenever such reference would be appropriate, it being the intention of the parties hereto that a Permitted Transferee shall have the same rights and obligations and shall be subject to the same conditions as Tenant with respect to the Expansion Option and the Conditional Right To Terminate.
