Additional Endorsements definition

Additional Endorsements is defined in Section 304.6 of this Agreement.
Additional Endorsements means endorsements to the Title Policy established pursuant to Section 304.6 hereof.
Additional Endorsements has the meaning set forth in Section5(h) below.

Examples of Additional Endorsements in a sentence

  • The cost of the Additional Endorsements shall be borne by Developer.

Related to Additional Endorsements

  • Necessary Endorsement means undated stock powers endorsed in blank or other proper instruments of assignment duly executed and such other instruments or documents as the Agent (as that term is defined below) may reasonably request.
