Concern Paper definition
Concern Paper means a document written by TCCA against common FAA/TCCA design standards where there may be a differing opinion as to the acceptability of the FAA’s findings of compliance and where a response is requested from the FAA. Some concerns may require resolution prior to the issuance of a TCCA type certificate.
