Concept Approval definition
Concept Approval has the meaning described in clause 10.2.1.
Concept Approval means formal approval from Sony Computer Entertainment of America authorizing development of the Product on each of the platforms.

Concept Approval means the approval granted to Concept Application No MP09_0191 by the Planning Assessment Commission of New South Wales on 19 March 2012, as modified or amended by the Modification of Minister’s Approval ‘MP09_0191 MOD 1’ dated 16 April 2013, Construction Certificate has the same meaning as in the Act. GST has the same meaning as in the GST Law.
