Computer hardware or software definition

Computer hardware or software as used herein means any computer, computer system or component, hardware, network, microprocessor, microchip, integrated circuit or similar devices or components in computer or non-computer equipment, operating systems, data, programmes or other software stored on electronic, electro-mechanical, electro-magnetic data processing or production equipment, whether the property of the Insured or not.

Related to Computer hardware or software

  • Software means any computer software programs, including all source code, object code, and documentation related thereto and all software modules, tools and databases.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • functionality means the ability of a tenderer to provide goods or services in accordance with specifications as set out in the tender documents.

  • User means a person, department or other administrative unit of the City authorized by the Contract Administrator to order Work under this Contract;

  • Deliverables means the goods, services, and work product, including all reports and project documentation, required to be provided by Grantee to the System Agency.
