Compression Rate definition

Compression Rate means one minus the quotient of the County’s Compression Loss attributed to its permanent rate (line 27, expressed as a positive number) divided by the Total Extended for the NPI District (line 24), both as shown on Table 4a for Multnomah County in its most recently filed Summary of Assessment and Levies report; and

Examples of Compression Rate in a sentence

  • If, during the Term, compression other than in connection with the Low Pressure Pipeline is provided on Gatherer’s Systems through facilities in operation as of the Effective Date, the Compression Fee payable with respect to such other compression shall be equal to the product obtained by multiplying (x) the volume of Dedicated Gas, in MMBtu, measured at the inlet flange of such other compression facilities, by (y) the number of stages of compression at such other facilities, by (z) the Compression Rate.

  • Owner shall be billed for each screw compressor location through which its Gas flows based on its allocated volumes (as allocated to its applicable Measurement Point) multiplied by the corresponding Screw Compression Rate for the applicable Month.

  • To avoid compression, any current employees in the job classification and having the same Years of Work Experience at or below the starting wage rate of the newly hired employee shall be increased to said wage rate plus the Compression Rate.

  • To the extent the employee is below the wage rate scale for his/her job classification and Years of Work Experience (defined below), the employee will be increased to the applicable wage rate level plus the Compression Rate (defined below).

  • The Screw Compression Rate (in units of $/Mcf) shall be calculated for each screw compressor location by dividing Gatherer’s Screw Compression Fee (as defined on Exhibit G) for the screw compressors in service at such location by the total monthly quantity of Gas flowing through those particular screw compressors as measured at the applicable Master Meter (reference Exhibit H).

Related to Compression Rate

  • Emission Rate for a given pollutant means the number of pounds of that pollutant emitted per million British thermal units of heat input (lb/mmBTU), measured in accordance with this Consent Decree.

  • Lowest achievable emission rate (LAER) means for any source, that rate of emissions which reflects the most stringent emission limitation which is contained in the implementation plan of any State for such class or category of source, unless the owner or operator of the proposed source demonstrates that such limitations are not achievable, or the most stringent emission limitation which is achieved in practice by such class or category of source, whichever is more stringent. In no event shall the application of this term permit a proposed new or modified source to emit any pollutant in excess of the amount allowable under applicable New Source Standards of Performance.

  • emission factor means the average emission rate of a greenhouse gas relative to the activity data of a source stream assuming complete oxidation for combustion and complete conversion for all other chemical reactions;

  • Inflation rate means that term as defined in section 34d.

  • Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;
