Comprehensive Maintenance definition

Comprehensive Maintenance means a longer monthly or otherwise scheduled downtime necessary for more significant enhancements.
Comprehensive Maintenance means attendance at the Premises by a technician of Western Plains Security & Locksmiths during office hours, unless otherwise agreed, to reset, adjust or repair the Security System in accordance with AS2201-1. Any other repairs and replacement parts, unless otherwise agreed will be Extra Work and charged at Western Plains Security & Locksmiths standard rates.
Comprehensive Maintenance means the type of maintenance that covers preventive and remedial maintenance service on the Equipment where the costs of labour, time, and material used by THE COMPANY are not charged separately.

  • In lieu of reimbursement, TxDOT may elect, in its sole discretion, to deduct such amounts from any amounts payable to Maintenance Contractor under this Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement.

  • Alternatively, TxDOT, in its sole discretion, may deduct the amount of such costs and expenses from any sums owed by TxDOT to Maintenance Contractor pursuant to this Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement.

  • All costs associated with providing the Maintenance Services are included in the Maintenance Price set forth in Exhibit 4 to this Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement, as such may be adjusted in accordance with Section 10.
