Comprehensive Maintenance means attendance at the Premises by a technician of Western Plains Security & Locksmiths during office hours, unless otherwise agreed, to reset, adjust or repair the Security System in accordance with AS2201-1. Examples of Comprehensive Maintenance in a sentence

  • In lieu of reimbursement, TxDOT may elect, in its sole discretion, to deduct such amounts from any amounts payable to Maintenance Contractor under this Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement.

  • Alternatively, TxDOT, in its sole discretion, may deduct the amount of such costs and expenses from any sums owed by TxDOT to Maintenance Contractor pursuant to this Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement.

  • All costs associated with providing the Maintenance Services are included in the Maintenance Price set forth in Exhibit 4 to this Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement, as such may be adjusted in accordance with Section 10.
