Composite Unit definition

Composite Unit means the Core Unit together with the interest in the common portions, facilities and amenities to the extent that those common portions, facilities and amenities could be enjoyed in common with other Allottees/ Lessees of the Block;
Composite Unit means a pushing vessel and an associated pushed vessel that are rigidly connected and that are designed as a dedicated and integrated tug and barge combination;

  • Composite sample means a combination of individual samples of wastewater taken at 1 hour intervals, for eight (8) hours (or for the duration of discharge, whichever is less), to minimize the effect of variability of the individual samples. Individual samples must be of equal volume. (Example: one (1) liter per hour.)

  • Corporate Unit means the collective rights and obligations of a Holder of a Corporate Unit Certificate in respect of the Applicable Ownership Interest in Debentures or the Applicable Ownership Interest in the Treasury Portfolio, as the case may be, subject in each case to the Pledge thereof (except that the Applicable Ownership Interest in the Treasury Portfolio as specified in clause (ii) of the definition of such term shall not be subject to the Pledge), and the related Purchase Contract.

  • FTPS Unit means Units which are purchased through the Fund/SERV(R) trading system or on a manual basis through FTP Services LLC or for which FTP Services LLC is acting as FTPS Unit Servicing Agent.

  • Treasury Unit means, following the substitution of Treasury Securities for Pledged Applicable Ownership Interests in Notes as Collateral to secure a Holder’s Obligations under the Purchase Contract, the collective rights and obligations of a Holder of a Treasury Units Certificate in respect of such Treasury Securities, subject to the Pledge thereof, and the related Purchase Contract.

  • Composite means a combination of individual samples collected at periodic intervals of the entire discharge day. The composite must be flow proportional; either the time interval between each individual sample or the volume of each individual sample must be directly proportional to either the wastestream flow at the time of the sampling or the total wastestream flow since the collection of the previous sample. Samples may be collected manually or automatically.
