COMPONENT R-3. The uncertificated residual interest in REMIC III.

  • Component Balance With respect to any Component and any Distribution Date, the Initial Component Balance thereof on the Closing Date, (A) plus any increase in the Component Balance of such Component pursuant to Section 4.02 due to the receipt of Subsequent Recoveries, (B) minus the sum of all amounts applied in reduction of the principal balance of such Component and Realized Losses allocated thereto on previous Distribution Dates.

  • Component Principal Balance As of any date of determination, either the PO-1 Component Principal Balance on such date or the PO-2 Component Principal Balance on such date as applicable.

  • Class C Component The Component having such designation.

  • Component Interest Rate Not applicable.

  • Class D Component The Component having such designation.

  • Initial Component Balance As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • One-component coating means a coating that is ready for application as it comes out of its container to form an acceptable dry film. A thinner, necessary to reduce the viscosity, is not considered a component.

  • Subordinate Component Balance For any of Loan Group I, Loan Group II, Loan Group III, Loan Group IV or Loan Group V, as of any date of determination, the then outstanding aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group minus the sum of the then outstanding aggregate Class Principal Balance of the related Classes of Class A Certificates.

  • SPE Component Entity shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1 hereof.

  • Component Notional Amount Not applicable.

  • Component Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Component part means covered item as listed on the “What Items are Covered?” page.

  • Interest Component Each future interest payment, or portion thereof, due on or prior to the Maturity Date, or if the Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment prior to the Maturity Date, the first date on which such Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment.

  • Class A-2 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class B Component The Component having such designation.

  • Corresponding Component As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Non-Vertically Retained Principal Balance Certificates or Lower-Tier Regular Interest.

  • Class A-1 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Accrued Component Interest With respect to each Component for any Distribution Date, one month’s interest at the Class X Strip Rate applicable to such Component for such Distribution Date, accrued on the Component Notional Amount of such Component outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date. Accrued Component Interest shall be calculated on a 30/360 Basis and, with respect to any Component and any Distribution Date, shall be deemed to accrue during the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • Principal Component The principal payment plus any interest payments that are either due after the date specified in, or are specified as ineligible for stripping in, the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class E Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-4 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Original component manufacturer means an organization that designs and/or engineers a part and is entitled to any intellectual property rights to that part.

  • Adjusted Lower Tier WAC For any Distribution Date (and the related Accrual Period), an amount equal to (i) two, multiplied by (ii) the weighted average of the interest rates for such Distribution Date for the Class LT3-A1, Class LT3-A2, Class LT3-A3, Class LT3-A4, Class LT3-A5, Class LT3-M1, Class LT3-M2, Class LT3-M3, Class LT3-M4, Class LT3-M5, Class LT3-M6, Class LT3-M7, Class LT3-M8, Class LT3-M9, Class LT3-B1, Class LT3-B2 and Class LT3-Q Interests, weighted in proportion to their Class Principal Amounts as of the beginning of the related Accrual Period and computed by subjecting the rate on the Class LT3-Q Interest to a cap of 0.00%, and by subjecting the rate on each of the Class LT3-A1, Class LT3-A2, Class LT3-A3, Class LT3-A4, Class LT3-A5, Class LT3-M1, Class LT3-M2, Class LT3-M3, Class LT3-M4, Class LT3-M5, Class LT3-M6, Class LT3-M7, Class LT3-M8, Class LT3-M9, Class LT3-B1 and Class LT3-B2 Interests to a cap that corresponds to the Certificate Interest Rate (determined by substituting the REMIC 3 Net Funds Cap for the applicable Net Funds Cap) for the Corresponding Class of Certificates; provided, however, that for each Class of LIBOR Certificates, the Certificate Interest Rate shall be multiplied by an amount equal to (a) the actual number of days in the Accrual Period, divided by (b) 30.

  • Class X-A Components The Class A-1 Component, Class A-2 Component, Class A-3 Component, Class A-4 Component, Class A-AB Component and Class A-S Component, each of which constitutes a separate class of “regular interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(1), in the Upper-Tier REMIC with a pass-through rate equal to its Class X Strip Rate from time to time and a notional amount equal to its Component Notional Amount from time to time.

  • Dilution Volatility Component means the product (expressed as a percentage) of (i) the difference between (a) the highest three (3)-month rolling average Dilution Ratio over the past 12 Calculation Periods and (b) the Adjusted Dilution Ratio, and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the amount calculated in (i)(a) of this definition and the denominator of which is equal to the amount calculated in (i)(b) of this definition.
