Component B-2 definition

Component B-2 means that portion of the Loan in the amount of Eighty-Eight Million Three Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Five and No/100 Dollars ($88,362,895) made by Lender to Borrower pursuant to this Agreement.
Component B-2 means the component of the Loan designated as “B-2” in Section 2.1.5 hereof.
Component B-2 means that certain Component of Note B having the original principal amount set forth in Section 2.1.5.

Examples of Component B-2 in a sentence

  • Total Debt Loan Per Unitof each Senior Component, Component B-1, Component B-2, Whole Loan and the Total Debt associated with each Whole Loan, respectively.

  • Any mandatory prepayment of principal of the Loan made pursuant to Section 2.4.2 hereof and any voluntary prepayments of the principal of the Loan pursuant to Section 2.4.1 hereof or otherwise, shall be applied as follows: (a) first, to the reduction of Component A, until reduced to zero; (b) second, to the reduction of Component B-1, until reduced to zero; and (c) third, to the reduction of the outstanding principal balance of Component B-2, until reduced to zero.

  • For the purpose of computing interest payable from time to time on the principal amount of the Loan and certain other computations set forth herein, the principal balance of the Loan shall be divided into Component A, Component B-1 and Component B-2.

  • Class C Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class D Component The Component having such designation.

  • Component Interest Rate Not applicable.

  • Component Balance With respect to any Component and any Distribution Date, the Initial Component Balance thereof on the Closing Date, (A) plus any increase in the Component Balance of such Component pursuant to Section 4.02 due to the receipt of Subsequent Recoveries, (B) minus the sum of all amounts applied in reduction of the principal balance of such Component and Realized Losses allocated thereto on previous Distribution Dates.

  • Component Principal Balance As of any date of determination, either the PO-1 Component Principal Balance on such date or the PO-2 Component Principal Balance on such date as applicable.

  • Component System means, as of its relevant License Effective Date, each Listed System and each Support Function that is part of the Licensed System and, subsequent to a relevant License Effective Date, such Listed Systems and Support Functions as they may be changed as provided in subsection (b) of the definition of Licensed System.

  • Component Notional Amount Not applicable.

  • Class A-2 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Subordinate Component Balance For any of Loan Group I, Loan Group II, Loan Group III, Loan Group IV or Loan Group V, as of any date of determination, the then outstanding aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group minus the sum of the then outstanding aggregate Class Principal Balance of the related Classes of Class A Certificates.

  • Interest Component Each future interest payment, or portion thereof, due on or prior to the Maturity Date, or if the Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment prior to the Maturity Date, the first date on which such Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment.

  • Class E Component The Component having such designation.

  • Initial Component Balance As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class B Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-4 Component The Component having such designation.

  • SPE Component Entity shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1 hereof.

  • Component Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class A-1 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Lower-Tier Principal Amount As described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Corresponding Component As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Non-Vertically Retained Principal Balance Certificates or Lower-Tier Regular Interest.

  • Original Lower-Tier Principal Amount With respect to any Class of Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interest, the initial principal amount thereof as of the Closing Date, in each case as specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class X-A Components The Class A-1 Component, Class A-2 Component, Class A-3 Component, Class A-4 Component, Class A-AB Component and Class A-S Component, each of which constitutes a separate class of “regular interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(1), in the Upper-Tier REMIC with a pass-through rate equal to its Class X Strip Rate from time to time and a notional amount equal to its Component Notional Amount from time to time.

  • Class B-1 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 6.4350% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-1 Margin, (2) the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date and (3) the Weighted Average Maximum Rate Cap for such Distribution Date.

  • Component part means covered item as listed on the “What Items are Covered?” page.

  • Class B-3 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 4.120% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-3 Margin, (2) the Weighted Maximum Rate Cap and (3) the Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date.

  • Dilution Volatility Component means the product (expressed as a percentage) of (i) the difference between (a) the highest three (3)-month rolling average Dilution Ratio over the past 12 Calculation Periods and (b) the Adjusted Dilution Ratio, and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the amount calculated in (i)(a) of this definition and the denominator of which is equal to the amount calculated in (i)(b) of this definition.
