Complex Assets is the sum of the assets in all of the Primary Strategy Portfolios. (9) The “Per Annum Complex Fee Dollar Amount” for a class of a Fund shall be the dollar amount resulting from application of the Complex Assets to the Complex Fee Schedule for the class as shown in Schedule C.
