Company Solutions means the Service Device and the Services.

Company Solutions means the solutions that the Company: (i) markets and makes available to End Users together with Eligible Juniper Solutions; (ii) directly supports for an associated End User; and (iii) provides to End Users having executed an agreement defining the Company’s obligations to the End User for managing such solutions.

  • You acknowledge and agree that, as between You and Us, We (or Our Affiliates or licensors) own all right, title and interest in and to the Company Solutions.

  • The pricing terms for the Company Solutions are set forth in the applicable Proposal or the Agreement (as applicable).

  • Your continued use of the Company Solutions after the effective date of any change will be deemed acceptance of the modified Terms.

  • We (or Our agents) may audit You and/or Your Affiliates’ records and information systems to ensure that Your use (and Your Affiliates’ use) of the Company Solutions is in compliance with these Terms.

  • You further agree that in connection with Our provision of Company Solutions We may, from time to time, make updates, upgrades, changes, and other modifications to the Service Devices, Firmware and Monitoring Software, including by sending any updates, upgrades, changes and/or modifications to such Service Device, Firmware and Monitoring Software via Your network or Our network.

  • Except as otherwise specifically set forth in the Proposal or the Agreement (as applicable), all fees payable with respect to the Company Solutions shall be due within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice.

  • Subject to the limitations stated in Section 15 (Limitation of Liability), We agree to indemnify and hold You and Your Permitted Affiliates harmless from and against all third-party claims, defense costs (including reasonable expert and attorneys' fees), judgments and other expenses arising from any claim that Your access and use of the Company Solutions infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party.

  • Subject to payment of the applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, We grant You and Your Permitted Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non- transferable right (without right to sublicense) to access and use the Company Solutions during the Subscription Period for use with the Related Equipment and Products as part of the operation of Your business and the business of Your Permitted Affiliates.

  • The use for the SAP Solution Manager is limited to the Company Solutions only.

  • Subject to these Terms (including Section 2.a above), Your Permitted Affiliates may access and use the Company Solutions.

Related to Company Solutions

  • Company Systems means the computer systems, including Software, hardware, networks, databases, systems, telecommunications equipment and websites (and all information transmitted thereby or stored therein), owned, leased, licensed or otherwise used or held for use by the Company and its Subsidiaries in the conduct of their respective businesses.

  • Company Source Code means the source code for any Software included in the Customer Offerings or Internal Systems or other confidential information constituting, embodied in or pertaining to such Software.

  • SAP Technology Solution(s) means SAP NetWeaver Foundation for Third Party Applications, SAP Business Technology Platform (excluding when used solely as a Connectivity App between an SAP Application and ERP), SAP Signavio Solutions and SAP Process Insights (including any renamed, prior and/or successor versions of any of the foregoing made generally available by SAP, if any but excluding when any of the foregoing are used as a User Interface for ERP).

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • ATC means a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.
