Guarantee Year definition

Guarantee Year is defined as the First Guarantee Year and each of the successive twelve (12) month periods commencing on the anniversary of the commencement of the First Guarantee Year throughout the Guarantee Term.
Guarantee Year is the twelve (12) month period beginning on the Savings Guarantee Commencement Date and each subsequent twelve (12) month anniversary thereafter.
Guarantee Year is each successive annual period beginning at the Guarantee Start Date.

Examples of Guarantee Year in a sentence

  • Within sixty (60) days of receipt of such information for the previous Guarantee Year, ESCO will determine the Actual Savings for such Guarantee Year using the M&V procedures set forth in Schedule D (such determination, the “Guaranteed Savings Reconciliation”).

  • Upon expiration of the Initial Term and upon commencement of each Guarantee Year thereafter, the PASS Plan will automatically renew for additional one-year periods (each, a “Renewal Term”) unless Customer terminates the PASS Plan by giving ESCO written Notice of termination at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current term.

  • In the event the Actual Savings for a Guarantee Year are less than the Guaranteed Annual Savings set forth in the table below for such Guarantee Year, ESCO will pay Customer the difference between the Guaranteed Annual Savings and the Actual Savings for such Guarantee Year, less any Excess Savings (“Savings Shortfall”) within thirty (30) days of completing that year's Guaranteed Savings Reconciliation.


More Definitions of Guarantee Year

Guarantee Year means each twelve (12) month period during the Term of this Agreement, beginning on the Completion Date.
Guarantee Year means each successive twelve (12) month period during the Term commencing on the first day of the Term.
Guarantee Year means the consecutive twelve (12) month period beginning with the first day of the month following the date of Substantial Completion of the ECMs, and each similar twelve (12) month period thereafter.
