Communication device, accessory means a device by which radiofrequency communication signals are transmitted and/or received, such as but not limited to whip, horn and dish antennas, and which is accessory to the principal use on the site. Receive-only television and radio antennas and amateur radio towers are not included in this definition. Communication equipment such as Citizen Band radios, telephones which depend upon wires and cables or hand-held telephones are exempt from the Land Use Code regulations.
