Common Collateral Agent definition

Common Collateral Agent means Citibank, N.A. or another collateral agent appointed to hold Liens securing the Secured Obligations, in addition to Liens securing other Indebtedness of the Loan Parties (or any of them), including in respect of the ABL Facility and/or the Secured Notes.
Common Collateral Agent means Mizuho Bank (USA) or any successor to it appointed pursuant to the terms of the Common Accounts Agreement.

  • After the retiring Common Collateral Agent’s resignation or removal hereunder and under the other Foreign Security Documents, the provisions of this Section 3.11 shall continue in effect for the benefit of such retiring Common Collateral Agent, its sub-agents and their respective related parties in respect of any actions taken or omitted to be taken by any of them while the retiring Common Collateral Agent was acting as Common Collateral Agent.
