  • Within 60 days after the Commencement Date, the Parties shall enter into good faith negotiations concerning a mechanism tracking postings for natural gas futures on the New York Mercantile Exchange ("NYMEX") that would establish an alternative Commodity Unit Price for Reserved Gas to be sold hereunder.
