Commercial Generators definition

Commercial Generators means any individuals who use or maintain places of business or institutional activity within the corporate limits of the District, including but not limited to, landlords and their tenants, businesses, and non-profit institutions.
Commercial Generators. - means generators with a valid business license whose business activities or operation involves the generation of used oil on a routine basis. Also includes non-household facilities that generate used oil on a regular basis.

Examples of Commercial Generators in a sentence

  • Commercial Generators shall pay a rate not exceeding the Maximum Service Rate for such service set forth in Exhibit 1.

  • Contractor shall provide full on-site waste assessment and technical assistance to, at a minimum, one-hundred (100) of Agency’s largest Commercial Generators (based on weekly Solid Waste generation) annually to assist in maximizing diversion.

While waivers for Low-Population Areas and High-Elevation Areas waive some SB 1383 regulatory requirements for Generators and Jurisdictions, AB 341 and AB 1826 requirements apply for Jurisdictions and for Multi-Family and Commercial Generators that are covered by AB 341 and AB 1826 and located in these areas.

  • Contractor shall 2623 not be responsible for providing Sharps Collection services to residential care facilities, medical or 2624 veterinary offices, or other Commercial Generators.

  • Beginning January 1, 2023, and annually thereafter, the Contractor representative shall follow-up with Commercial Generators who are required to participate in Source Separated Recyclable Materials and SSGCOW Collection service under Applicable Law, including but not limited to AB 341, AB 1826, and SB 1383.

  • For all other Commercial Generators, Contractor shall provide technical assistance as needed or requested and visual on-site Collection Container assessments at least once every three (3) years.

  • For all other Commercial Generators, Contractor shall provide technical assistance as needed or requested by the Commercial Customer.

  • Individual generation site means the contiguous site at or on which one or more hazardous wastes are generated. An individual generation site, such as a large manufacturing plant, may have one or more sources of hazardous waste but is considered a single or individual generation site if the site or property is contiguous.

  • Emergency generator means any generator of which the sole function is to provide emergency backup power during an interruption of electrical power from the electric utility. An emergency generator does not include:

  • On-Site Generators means generation facilities (including Behind The Meter Generation) that (i) are not Capacity Resources, (ii) are not injecting into the grid, (iii) are either synchronized or non-synchronized to the Transmission System, and (iv) can be used to reduce demand for the purpose of participating in the PJM Interchange Energy Market.
