Combination Data definition

Combination Data means the data Controlled by AstraZeneca or any of its Affiliates (a) as of the Effective Date that is arising from and related to combination studies for the BRD4 Inhibitor Compound [***], or (b) generated by or on behalf of AstraZeneca or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or during the Term [***].
Combination Data means all data (including raw data) and results solely related to the Combination and generated by or on behalf of either Party or at either Party’s direction, or by or on behalf of the Parties together or at their direction, in the course of each such Party’s performance of the Study; [***].
Combination Data has the meaning set forth in Section 3.8.1.

Related to Combination Data
