COMBIDEX definition

COMBIDEX means the contrast agent currently known as Combidex which is composed of the substance with the United States Adopted Name Ferumoxtran-10 and which (i) is covered in whole or in part by an issued, unexpired claim of one or more of the Patents or is manufactured using a process which is covered in whole or in part by an issued, unexpired claim of one or more of the Patents or (ii) is covered by the Agent Technology.
