Column IV possession of a Master’s Degree plus forty-five (45) college quarter credit hours or a Bachelor’s Degree plus one hundred and twenty (120) college quarter credit hours determined by the District to be applicable to the position at Pleasant Hill and not used to attain the Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree The Board shall be the final arbitrator in disputes regarding credits.

Note: Beginning with column V employees with a Master’s degree have the option of applying the credits toward the Master’s option or the BA plus graduate credit option, whichever is most beneficial toward the advancement on the salary schedule.
Column IV. A Master's degree + 30 upper division and/or graduate semester units; or Bachelor's degree + 60 upper division and/or graduate semester units including Master's degree; or Vocational Master's Equivalency + 30 upper division and/or graduate semester units or 30 lower division units if unit member does not have a Bachelor's degree.

  • Column shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Table 1 means Table 1 of the Reporting ITS.

  • Schedule 1 means Schedule 1 of this Licence unless otherwise stated;

  • Category B means that the base prospectus shall include all the general principles related to the information required, and only the details which are unknown at the time of the approval of the base prospectus can be left in blank for later insertion in the final terms;

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.

  • Schedule A has the meaning specified in Section 2.3(a);

  • Schedule of Rates means the priced Schedule of Rates forming part of the tender [where applicable].

  • Schedule B herein mean Schedule B attached hereto as constituted on the Effective Date, and thereafter as it may be amended from time to time (deemed or in writing) pursuant to Section 16 or 19(l).

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Objective evidence means standardized patient assessment instruments, outcome measurements tools, or measurable assessments of functional outcome. Use of objective measures at the beginning of treatment, during, and after treatment is recommended to quantify progress and support justifications for continued treatment. The tools are not required but their use will enhance the justification for continued treatment.

  • Schedule of rates of Railway means the schedule of rates issued under the authority of the Chief Engineer from time to time and shall also include Rates specified in tender document.

  • Part VI means Tariff, sections 200 through 237 pertaining to the queuing, study, and agreements relating to New Service Requests, and the rights associated with Customer-Funded Upgrades in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments.

  • Table 2 means Table 2 of the Reporting ITS.
