Collision recovery means initial towing or removing a vehicle involved in a collision from the collision scene.

  • Collision means the upset of "your covered auto" or a "non-owned auto" or their impact with another vehicle or object. Loss caused by the following is considered other than "collision":

  • Disaster Recovery shall be defined as the installation and storage of Product in ready-to-execute, back-up computer systems prior to disaster or breakdown which is not used for active production or development.

  • Vapor recovery system means a vapor gathering system capable of collecting all hydrocarbon vapors and gases discharged from the storage vessel and a vapor disposal system capable of processing such hydrocarbon vapors and gases so as to prevent their emission to the atmosphere.

  • Damage means actual and/or physical damage to tangible property;

  • Boiler means an enclosed fossil or other fuel-fired combustion device used to produce heat and to transfer heat to recirculating water, steam, or other medium.

  • Resource recovery facility means a solid waste facility

  • Disturbance Control Standard or “DCS” shall mean the reliability standard that sets the time limit following a disturbance within which a balancing authority must return its Area Control Error to within a specified range.

  • Emergency generator means any generator of which the sole function is to provide emergency backup power during an interruption of electrical power from the electric utility. An emergency generator does not include:

  • Nuclear pharmacy means a pharmacy providing radio-pharmaceutical service.
