Collaborating Supplier definition

Collaborating Supplier means a supplier who agrees pursuant to an Accession Agreement with the Authority to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement but shall not be liable for failures to achieve the End to End Service Levels or be liable for End to End Service Credits under Schedule 5 (Painshare Mechanism);

Examples of Collaborating Supplier in a sentence

  • Where a Non-Painshare Collaborating Supplier or Other Authority Supplier has contributed to an End to End Service Level Failure, the Authority shall be deemed to the responsible Party solely for the purposes of calculation of the apportionment of responsibility between the Painshare Collaborating Suppliers as set out in paragraph 2 of this Schedule.

  • The Authority and the Supplier have agreed that the Supplier shall become a party to the Collaboration Agreement as a [Painshare Collaborating Supplier] / [Non-Painshare Collaborating Supplier] [DN: Delete as applicable.].
